Step 1

Go to your homepage and then scroll down to your Account Status block. 

Please note: Your CRM needs to be connected in order for FunnelFox to automatically keep Salesforce up-to-date. A tick next to Salesforce indicates your CRM is connected. However, if it’s not connected, you’ll need to connect a CRM for your email connection to work.

Step 2

Click ‘Connect’ next to your email.

Step 3

Press the email button for FunnelFox to detect your email provider automatically.

Step 4

 If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to choose the email provider manually.

Step 5

Click on your email provider from the options available. If you are using Outlook, click on the Exchange button.

Step 6

Add your email and the password for your email account. Then press ‘Sign In.’

The connection button will turn into a green tick and the bar at the top of your Account Status will turn green. This shows your emails are fully connected.

Congratulations! 🎉 Your connection is complete.
