Welcome to our fresh look. So what’s different? Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the new design.

Changes to your Homepage

You can still connect your accounts from the Homepage, otherwise known as your Account Dashboard. To do so, simply click on the data source (email, calendar, etc.) or destination (CRM). 

To disconnect, go to the Organization page. Click ‘Manage Team’ and then press the sync deactivation button next to your account. You can also disconnect your team member’s connections using the same process, just click on the deactivation button next to their name.

You’ll have easy access to the following through your sidebar:

New: Admins can now disconnect email and Salesforce connections for individual team members within the Organization page. To do this, go to ‘Manage Team’ and click the deactivation button next to the chosen team member’s name.

Your FunnelFox account’s rule engine (previously found under the Salesforce page) will keep your previous settings. Keep an eye out for changes to the Rules page, and if you have any questions, please do contact us.

If you click on the FunnelFox icon, you’ll be directed to our website. 

We’ve taken out several pages to make room for upcoming features that’ll be more useful.

  • Reports page

PS: You can easily view all recently synced emails in Salesforce or click on ‘Recent Activities’.
